M3M capital walk is a commercial project with an area of 3.4 acres and comprises mixed-use towers and retail spaces. The project's design was done to create an urban environment that caters to the needs of the new generation. The design includes a central plaza, which is surrounded by blocks of office spaces and retail outlets. The plaza also features water fountains, a children's play area, an amphitheater, and more than two dozen shops.
