Acceptance course is the full awareness of something without judgment, denial or resistance. It is a recognition that some things are beyond our control and a choice to focus on what we can change.

Acceptance is the cognitive process of recognizing, understanding, and confronting personal baggage, including issues of low self-esteem, regret of past mistakes, victim mentality, perfectionism, etc., with the intention of eliminating them from the mind.

Self-acceptance is realizing that who you are, at the deepest level, is good enough. Acceptance is an active choice to stop fighting reality and let go of our defenses.

Acceptance requires no change to be considered good enough; it means we do not have to acquire perfection in order to be worthy of love or friendship.
