Take the Kamagra Polo approximately one hour before sexual activity and without food. One tablet per day is the maximum allowed intake. The tablets start working some 15-30 minutes after they are chewed. Kamagra Polo tabs are effective within 30 minutes to one hour and last for 4-6 hours.
