Gilead COMPASS Initiative® was started by Gilead Science, Inc a few years back. With this initiative, Gilead aims to spread awareness amongst people and local organizations regarding the HIV epidemic and facilitate the AIDS coalition. On the other hand, Gilead COMPASS Initiative® also helps those local organizations that are working hard during this epidemic with the arrangement of funds.
