Gilead COMPASS Initiative® is a programme created by Gilead Sciences, Inc., a pharmaceutical business that conducts research and development. It was created to raise funds for local organizations that are working on any aspect of the HIV epidemic, including raising awareness, implementing preventative measures, giving infrastructure to hospitals, care units, patients, and families, and so on.
