1. Hostel authorities will provide: beds, tables, fans, lights

2. Bring: bed sheets, pillows, plates, glasses and other personal necessities

3. Other facilities: WiFi, large veranda for sitting, open roof, large open space inside the main gate, disinfectant spray arrangement at the gate.

4. Security Service: Full-time CCTV surveillance, own male caretaker, female hostel super, 24/7 hostel manager

5. The authority will bear the utility, Electricity, gas, water and all other costs.
