Tom Spry has led successful executive and board-level searches for over 20 years, specializing in the restaurant and hospitality business. After graduating from California State University, San Francisco, he worked with several multinational organizations, providing leadership expertise in operations, talent acquisition, and training. Tom then served as Executive Partner for the national search firm The Lucas Group, where he established and grew the highly successful Restaurant, Hotel & Food Service Division before starting his own firm in 1999. Today, Tom is a proud member of the SFSU’s School of Hospitality and Tourism Management Advisory Board. He also shares his passion for empowering and encouraging the siblings of children with special needs by co-founding the Sandy Feet Initiative with Mo Langley.
