This 100 hour yoga teacher training Course Goa has been designed for Yoga Teachers who would like to enhance their teaching skills through the ‘hands on’ approach of adjustments. Adjustments are an integral part of the traditional practice of Ashtanga Yoga and modern day Vinyasa Flow. An adjustment will allow students to get deeper access into a posture and allow them to experience the true potential of the asana.
